We believe our whitening trays are the best on the market. With over 25+ years making them within the laboratory, we know what it takes to make the perfect tray.

Our trays create a super sealed margin at the gingival line.  With the combination of the specific tray rigidity and the super-sealed margin, we create the perfect barrier to keep saliva from entering into the tray. Which also reduces the amount of bleaching gel that can leak out onto soft tissue.

As standard all of our trays come with reservoirs. If you prefer different types such as dots or none at all we can facilitate that. Simply fill out the prescription form with your tray design. Alternatively, if you would like to speak to a technician about a specific design we are always here to help.

Whitening Trays

We have been producing custom whitening trays within the laboratory for over 30+ years, so we know what goes into making the perfect tray to deliver the desired results for your patient. As standard our trays are supersealed with reservoirs and scalloped. We feel that this has produced outstanding results time after time. The reservoirs allow for more gel to be retained within the tray coupled with the scalloping to avoid any soft tissue irritation. We offer a variety of options to truly personalise the finish of your trays such as non-scalloped (straight cut), no reservoirs, single tooth whitening and fluoride trays (buccal and lingual reservoirs).

Superseal is a technique that we have developed within the laboratory. This method seals and defines the gingival margins inside the tray for a more accurate fit. For comparison, the image on the right is a BDL whitening tray with superseal margins made using a pressure former, the tray on the left is one without superseal and made on a vacuum former. As you can see the seal is more defined in the BDL tray and will aid in keeping the gel within the tray and saliva from breaching in.

We have seen an increase in clinicians using retainers as whitening trays. For this, we recommend Zendura FLX, which allows better results due to its flexibility. This means we can use less block out which will produce a greater seal. We can add reservoirs if needed and finish them to your specifications. If you would like to discuss any of our whitening tray options please get in touch.
